Brilliant sales and finance, sloppy workshop

The sales and finance staff at Suzuki Rosebank are superb professionals. They made it easy to purchase a vehicle, were not overly pushy, and explained their process well. It was an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the handover of the car was subpar. First, the young man who gave me the keys knew nothing about the actual model I was purchasing. When I climbed in to leave, all the settings were incorrect and I struggled to work it out. The interior and the tyres were covered in oily residue to make it shiny, which I loath and is not required on a new car. When I opened the boot for the first time, I noticed that the parcel shelf was missing. My gripe is that I paid a few thousand rand for the car to be readied (their delivery charge), but it seems that this was completely mishandled and not worth the money at all.
