Brand new car with all the joys of a 2nd hand

My sister bought a brand new Suzuki Swift a couple months ago. Now a few things have gone wrong and I would like to find out what your take is on the matter and what you would do if you were placed in this situation?<br> <br> 1. When she received the vehicle the wheel alignment was very off - it was eventually taken care of a couple of weeks later on a Saturday.<br> 2. There was some kind of burn on the roof (looks like a cigarette burn), to date has still not been fixed or repaired. It looks to me as if the entire panel might need to be replaced - should a new car have a roof with defects?<br> 3. A week or so ago my sister was at work - as usual, she parked in her normal area (it is a flat surface) hand brake up and the car rolled into her bosses gate. Her boss even went and had a look to see if the hand brake was in fact up and it was. He even spoke to the dealership and they said and I quote \how is it their problem"... <br> <br> My question is how is it not their problem"
