Bought a Suzuki Alto and paint is peeling off

I wish to lodge a formal complaint on the way Suzuki Umhlanga has treated me since i bought a vehicle from their stock in December 2012.<br> <br> I found Suzuki Alto vehicle on auto [URL Removed] I am based in Johannesburg and this vehicle was in Durban Suzuki Umhlanga. I concluded the purchase of the vehicle online without physically seeing the vehicle because I thought i was buying from an authorized dealer but now i can see how Suzuki Umhlanga is dodging responsibility for selling me a vehicle which was once involved in a accident (according to investigation done by Suzuki South Africa) without ever revealing to me about the previous accident history of the vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle from Durban to Johannesburg was arranged on my behalf and i took delivery of the vehicle on the 23rd of December 2012.<br> <br> <br> The vehicle has changed color from white to a yellowish color in under two years. I would like Suzuki Umhlanga to address my issue by repainting the vehicle or get a full refund for misrepresentation. I have tried to communicate with Suzuki Umhlanga and i am not getting an joy from my communication with the dealership.<br> <br>
