Beware of Suzuki Northcliff and Suzuki South Africa Defects

Beware of deals and cars from Suzuki Northcliff and perhaps Suzuki as a whole.

I received a faulty car. The last thing I expected was parts that were misaligned! My boot didn't close properly and my steering column groans. Their response each time was that the batch of cars my Metallic Grey 2017 Suzuki Swift came from was just like that. They took it in several times to give it back in the same condition or oil up the steering column.

To top it off, they also claim that my car is not on extended warrantee, which was a part of the deal the sales person said they were putting in for me to get my business! They deny any knowledge of a sort and they dodge my questions, calls and complaints about it.

Very ********* business and a HUGE disappointment for my first vehicle purchase that I had worked long and hard toward!
