Beware! Get your service plan in writing.

In Feb 2014 I reacted to an ad on Cars web site and bought the car. In the ad a 4 years/60000km service plan was stated. Unfortunately the service plan was nowhere stated on the sales documents and they changed it to 3 years/60000km without informing me.
