Behaving Shady

Took my car to get fixed on the week of the 14th of June, 1st issue was that they didn’t let us know that our issue has the possibility of being covered by the warranty, we were told by a driver about that possibility. We requested for the issue to be submitted to their warranty department. I followed up repeatedly about the outcome until we we were told that it was denied, I proceeded to ask them to email me the reason for rejection as well as the case number. 2-3 weeks later I still got no response.
