Baleno 2023 GLX without RDS and auto locking doors

I bought a Suzuki Baleno 2023 GLX as a Demo, I found after receiving the vehicle that it does not have auto locking doors, this is a critical safety issue in South Africa. Secondly the radio does not come with RDS on FM, this to can distract a driver when you are driving and the radio loses frequency on the station you are tuned into, with RDS the AF tunes to the next best signal on its own. The manual clearly states that the radio is fitted with an RDS receiver but if your area does not support it won't work. We do have RDS capability in South Africa as I had on my previous cars. I contacted Suzuki when I received the car and I was told to contact my local dealer and I did so and they said it does not work. I contacted Maruti Suzuki in India and they ignored my email, I re sent my email and they sent it on to South Africa and it was sent to Suzuki Kyalami, they said they will get back to me, I waited and called back a week or so later then they told me cant help me. This is crazy as it is a new model car built with many features but not RDS as it states in the manual, why print in the manual and not have RDS working, this is poor manufacturing and disappointing. If the manual states that it has a RDS receiver then I believe that it is possible to remove the non receiver and fit a RDS receiver as the manual states. I reason I contacted Maruti Suzuki as I believe they print the manuals as the car is fabricated in India and if they state it has a RDS receiver they could explain why It does not work in a country that has RDS available so I get no proper help or satisfactory answer from Maruti Suzuki or Suzuki SA, Finding this very disapointing that Suzuki states one thing but does the oposite.
