Bad vibe. Suzuki SA.

Purchased a new suzuki swift. Collected ex dealer diep river cape town 1200 Saturday 29th April. 10 minutes into drive with 6km on clock at 80km/hr a wheel shake. Called dealer to inform.. Mailed them same evening. Monday 1st I stood at twt at 0800and paid for a wheel balance myself. All four wheels were out. Right front had a hop or bounce in it. Slight but there. This they put on back resolving the initial problem. Working through the dealer, suzuki south africa want a report with photos of rim and tyre. The car now had 400km on it. My solution would have been to give a client a round, balanced rim and tyre and get shot of me and sort the other rim out. Instead, let's inconvenience everyone as the do not believe the Client. I unsterstand that some clients are not truthful. Understable but creating a storm in a tea cup rather than a proactive approach. Spoil the moment. Hopefully I do not have a real issue. Have I made a mistake?
