BAD vehicle service

My car went in for it's 1st service 15/04/2024 in Middelburg MP, service is still not complete, today's date is 12/06/2024. After promises to assist, I phone as well as went into the branch, nothing has been done to complete the service. I phoned a few times again to just complete the service, with their number just ringing on and on.
