Bad service from Suzuki Northcliff

I bought a brand new Suzuki Swift 2025 1.2GL CVT from Suzuki Northcliff on the 29th of March 2025. After 2 months of using the car it randomly just displayed an engine sign on the dashboard while I was driving to PMB? Immediately after the engine sign was on the dashboard the car lost power and couldn’t accelerate above 40 I stopped somewhere luckily there were traffic cops they instructed me to take the car to the nearest Suzuki branch and I did. When they checked the car they said all reports are coming back clear , nothing is wrong with the car . But on that same day while driving back home same thing happened. That’s when I decided to report the issue to Suzuki North Cliff as that’s where I bought the car but I got such dissapointing service, the sales man was not making my query a priority as I had to run after him telling him that the issue was continuing to happen. That’s when he advised me to take the car to the nearest branch and ask them to check Thottle body and harness and I refused because I wasn’t feeling comfortable with doing that. I was then told to contact principal dealer of Suzuki Northcliff and I did , he said there’s nothing they can do because I’m not in JHB so I must escalate the case to Suzuki SA. I did that and they didn’t help much as they re**** on the info they got from Suzuki PMB. According to them they saying it’s the tracker that’s causing the engine sign as a result I removed the tracker and installed another one at a different place but still the engine sign came on.

Suzuki SA decided to close my case and they said I must monitor the car. On my birthday the 12th of July 2025 the engine sign came on again I sent an email to the guy who was handling my case from Suzuki SA and he never rep**** to my email.

I’m so disappointed with the after sales service I got from Suzuki NorthCliff I’m also disappointed at Suzuki SA for just closing the case where as the issue hasn’t been sorted

The car showed engine sign at 5000 KM but I’m told nothing is wrong with the car but it’s the tracker. What car drives without tracker? What about my safety? What about insurance because should anything happen to my car they won’t pay.
