BAD service from FRED IPop Suzuki West Rand

Fred and the staff at Ipop Suzuki West Rand give such poor service. Even from their headoffice there is NO reply on complaint. No feedback from Fred. I'm struggling from last year July to get my car fixed. The panelbeaters they use Dynamic panelbeaters work is NOT on standard. Please can someone assist me
