Bad service at Suzuki Montana

<p>I had terrible experience at Suzuki Montana yesterday while i took my car for a boot door to be checked out. An unfriendly receptionist with a very cold face just told me to wait for service manager for approximatelt one hour while I was the only client in the branch. I tried to ask how much longer should i wait she just said one moment and one moment became even longer. I went outside and later came witha companion who was supposed to give me a lift in case they want to keep my car for much longer. She immediately jumped from her chair and came with the man (problably service manager) who was just as cold and just asked for my car keys a drove to the back with my car without any explanation. few minutes later the technician came back to say the boot is now closing and is better ( at least he was friendly). I explained to him that the car is new and if they couldnt replace the enclosure mechanism since I have been telling them about it and nothing was done about it. I took the car for service and asked them to check it ou and they said it was fixed but has been worse until yesterday when I took it back. The service manager said they can only do something if the technician say the boot enclosure does need attention and he finally managed to conviced him that it needed to be replaced. He said he will call me if the part arrives, but after the seervice i received I wonder if he will even place an order or call me. I regret buying from them. I complained on their face book page and they have since asked for my numbers so that we can discuss the matter. They havent called yet..</p>
