Bad service and non-delivery

We bought a second hand Grand Vitara from the Suzuki Midrand dealership in April 2015.
My complaint is threefold:
1. Poor service from Suzuki Midrand
2. Unresolved problems with the vehicle since purchase
3. Suzuki Head office is not attending to the problem
The vehicle has been back to the dealership several times over the last months (for initial issues according to the purchase agreement).
1. Some items (throttle body, seat warmers, bumper, keys) repaired unsatisfactorily. This was brought to their attention but they just ignored it.
2. Took my car home for the night without my permission and drove 60km with it.
3. They say they replaced parts but this seems to be untrue? They claimed to have fitted a new throttle body. I had to pay R12 100 for the same part to be replaced soon after at Suzuki Northcliff - the car was with Northcliff for more than 5 weeks as they had to wait for the part from Japan.

These issues remain unresolved. It took Head Office 1 month and 3 emails before I received my 1st response. They just keep on referring me back the initial complacent dealer principle who is now at Boksburg Suzuki. My car broke down again on holiday and is now at Witbank Suzuki
