Bad service

Dear SirMadam<br> <br> I am not a person to complain about things in general. But you need to honestly have Strand investigated!<br> What a terrible experience I had at Suzuki Strand Western Cape! I bought my Jimny there 4 years ago and was one of the first owners in Strand with my new Suzuki. Which I absolutely love. Every year I take my car for its service. <br> Exactly the same happened this year. I booked my car in on tuesday the 17th of february for friday the 20th to be serviced for my 60 000km service. I have a car plan which was going to be my last service. But since I believe in suzuki I would have taken my car back every year. I'm sorry to say after the terrible service I have had with them I will never ever buy a suzuki or have my car serviced at Strand ever again. I arrived there on friday morning at exactly 8 o clock. Like normal there was once more parking problems. I found a bay eventually. Went inside. Now we have a Nissan Navara as well and Suzuki can honestly go get a few tips on professionalism from them for booking a car in. Good now I sit and wait in one of the dirties
