Bad service

I extremely unsattisfied with suzuki south africa. I Bought an ertiga new from them in december a week a go i was driving and the vehicle just cut out. Got towed to an agency where I was informed the the motor seized and it is a warrenty claim. Now I get in formed that the claim cant be aproved because they assume that there was a wrong gear selection while driving. The car only have 26000 km on it and just died on me in 5th gear while driving. And by asumption they cant repair it. I was planning to buy another suzuki since this is my second one I bought. Never again
