Bad dealerships

I drive a Suzuki Swift and my friend is very interested in my car. So I referred her to the person the dealer with in Durban. Now they dragging their feet not sending her the breakdown on the finance. Richards Bay branch is just as useless. Its like Suzuki dealers ships is just not interested in selling cars. The branch in Durban is giving her a different price on the Gl automatic. I'm very embarrass as this is not the service I was expecting. I refer a friend and Suzuki is not coming to the party.
