Bad communication

Disappointed at the level of communication and the way they dealt with my case. I have app**** for car with the company and everything went well and on the day of collection, I was then informed that the car has been taken the previous day, the very same day I was given applications to process, my frustration is not that the car has been taken but the communication process in all this. The company was fully aware of the situation but rather than communicating, I had to send multiple follow -up of which is not a nice feeling
