Appalling service
Sales Person: Charity Ndlovu
I bought a car in September 2016. During the process of application, I received good service. Calls were returned, emails were answered. Because you all wanted was money.
After application was approved, I was told that the car spare was with previous owner and that it would be given to me at a later stage. Nothing has been received to date.
I have sent email after email. Called about a million times about this, STILL (a year later) I don't have a spare key for the car.
I went to the traffic department to renew the disc for the car.
Guess what???
The car has tickets that have not been paid, from before I get the car. 19 tickets to be exact.
I call Suzuki Bryanston, speak to charity...and as usual I get no service, except that someone else deals with it and that they'll call me back. Which of course is a lie.
I asked for the dealer principal, she tells me it's a new guy who recently started working there. How is that my business?
What must happen for one to get proper service there?
I want my spare key and I want those tickets cleared
