Appalling customer care from Suzuki Cape Town and Suzuki South Africa.
On the 15th of March 2022, my car was involved in an accident on Suzuki Cape Town's premises.
My car was parked incorrectly by the staff of Suzuki Cape Town which resulted in the accident.
This has caused me great inconvenience. Suzuki Cape Town's Regional Principal Dealer Mr Andre Swart was rude in the way he handled me and the situation.
As a further insult to injury, Mr Goolam Norris from KVN Attorneys (Suzuki's legal advisory) had referred to me as a "delinquent customer" several times in his email. I am appalled that this is the way Suzuki refers to their customers. I had not acted maliciously or recklessly, nor was it a crime as he referred to the matter, but an accident as a result of Suzuki's staff's actions.
Don't bother emailing Suzuki's customer care either, because they are not interested in responding when offered an opportunity to redeem themselves.
I have always been a Suzuki fan and have heard people speak negatively of Suzuki's after-sales service once you have bought a car from them, and in this past week, I have now experienced it for myself.
