After 3 months still not settled

My husband traded in his Ssanyong Korando last year November already. After 3 months it's still not settled.

There is a new owner as of today at the Witbank Suzuki Branch.

The new owner refuses to settle any of the previous owners debt and according to him cannot do anything we have to see a lawyer.

This is unacceptable - Suzuki SA is supposed to have insurance against this kind of things.

Now I have to pay a lawyer for a mistake n car dealer and his branch made?!

I will not support Suzuki any further - what kind of client service is this?

We are in the process of buying a house and because of Witbank Suzuki Branch negligence we are not able to as according to the SA credit act we have 3 cars on our name and according to our income cannot afford it.

I need this sorted now - it is not our fault the garage dealer went bankrupt or anything of the sort.

I am disgusted with Suzuki.

In our family we have had 28 Suzuki cars to date and this is how they treat their clients???
