Absolute *******

<p>In March 2015 my wife and I bought a Suzuki Splash. We decided on this car due to Suzuki's reputation for reliability. After just 9 months we were surprised when the brakes were worn right down. We had them replaced at suzuki Hatfield. </p> <p> </p> <p>In March 2016 smoke came out the air vents. The smell was terrible. Suzuki Hatfield said it was just condensation , and although the smoke was gone the smell remained. After less than a month the smoke reappeared and the smell made us ill. We took the car to Suzuki in Montana where they diagnosed the heater core faulty. We had to continue driving the car while the part got ordered. </p> <p>The car was in there a few times and whilst the smoke was gone, the smell remained and we were unable to use the heater in winter. We also had to drive with our windows open in the cold because the smell was causing us to be nauseous. </p> <p> </p> <p>The car went to Suzuki South Africa, where they changed the clutch the front discs and cleaned out the aircon. </p> <p> </p> <p>To make a long story short the aircon is fine now after 4 and a half months. Now the brakes are gone again. Even though we hardly drove since the car was in for repairs for a large chunk of the year.</p> <p> </p> <p>In general the attitude is that our driving style is the reason for the brakes being worn so soon, however we have had several other cars and the shortest intervals for changing their brakes was 27000km on our old spark. </p> <p>This car is utter trash. The build quality and quality of spare parts is unacceptable. I take good care of my cars . I can't accept this ******* as it is costing a lot of money.</p>
