A big thumbs up

I took my car for a service at Suzuki Bramley today and what an awesome experience. From the minute I picked up the phone to book my car in, to when I picked up my car to drive home, I received nothing but the friendliest, most efficient service. While I was waiting to book my car in (it was a busy Saturday) every single person who passed me gave me a friendly hello, and the dealer principal even took the time to introduce himself to me. And the gentleman ( I forget his name) in charge of the service desk was extremely friendly and professional. The driver who gave me a lift home was also so friendly and pleasant. Well done guys. Most businesses/service providers in SA can take a page out of your book.
