Very bad after sale service, repairs and maintenan

I purchased a Suunto Ambit sports watch from Cape Union Mart in Claremnont in Cavendish Square. I noticed that the battery life was not good on the watch. I went to the store that sold me the watch and was told that the watch has to be sent to the repair centre. To cut a long story short, I was told that the repair centre was in Johannesburg and that it would be sent up there. Later, after a bit of back and forth between myself and the staff at the store where I purchased the watch, I was told that the repair was in a queue and that it would take about 6 weeks. Note: \ this is for a battery change!"I was also told that SUUNTO uses a company called ALTIMO to do their repairs. I think that its pathetic that I have to suffer loss of use because SUUNTO hasn't got a local repair centre. Also"
