Unexpectedly awesome experience

Last week I accidentally cracked the glass on my Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR sports watch. I really dreaded the long wait to get it repaired, since I would lose out on recording a lot of sessions. I contacted Suunto Support ********** and was very surprised when they responded the same day. I used a courier to drop the device at the repair center (Ultimo, Stonewedge Office Park, Bryanston). Today, only four business days later, the device was returned to me in perfect order. The repair was done free of charge. Thank you!!
