suunto spartan watch issues

Very horrible after service i bought a sunnto spartan watch been brilliant for almost 4 years now so this weekend i went to swim with it some how my watch is fogged up i cant understand how this is possible when it suppose to be waterproof

please let me know where i can get this repaired cause this is factory issue and now i have to pay on my cost
