Sutton Place Complex

Good day All I live in Sutton Place for nearly 3 years now and it real feels like we live in an Old age home. Tenants or owners are always complaining there is always something going on here. When your at the pool area you need to be quiet as there is someone always watching you from the complex next to the pool area. The common property water bill is higher than that of the property water bill and all you will get is a simple email saying we are investigating the matter. The complex has a whatsapp group but you can never say anything on the group with out getting bul****. When you want to see your electricity meter that is a problem and questions are asked as if you don't have the right to see the meter. Before you move in make sure to get your pet application in first before you pay deposits or the pet will not be allowed and the application will be declined anyway.
