TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BLATANT LIES!!

I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a salesman and apparent “head of customer relations” as he put it . Mitchell Dambulla was extremely unprofessional and never returned my many calls and emails to him. He initially arranged to repair a brand new dinning room table that was delivered to me with scratches and blatant defects. After 4 weeks of continuous emails to him and head office they still have not sorted out the issue. I have demanded a refunded based on the fact that they have not repaired but still my emails fall on deaf ears. I have been pushed from pillar to post by this salesman/ customer liaison . I find Mitchell to be a compulsive **** and as a customer relations personnel, he is completely inadequate at his job. The company has caused me tremendous heartache and I would NOT recommend dealing with them .
