Terrible customer service

<p>This is a complaint regarding the customer service I have received from this branch. I purchased a couch and coffee table which were both defective. The couch was not as per the order specifications and the coffee table was damaged. I have frustratingly been communicating with Lee-chelle who disregards my e-mails! I have to send her numerous e-mails before receiving any feedback. Prior to picking up my purchases she called me to arrange the pick up of my couch but not of the coffee table as she obviously was ignoring my e-mails regarding it! After communicating with her manager she called me back and confirmed that they would also pick up the coffee table. Since then I have sent her an e-mail on the 3/09/2016 and to this day I have not received acknowledgement nor a response! I am utterly disgusted with this behaviour! Some action needs to be taken! Customers cannot be treated so poorly!</p>
