still waiting...repeat of poor service

I'm still waiting ...it been probably 2 months since my sideboard unit arrived and someone was going to come and touch up the unit as the staining was missing as a few spots.<br> <br> I don't even want to go into the history of the whole delivery of the unit and all the drama that went together with it..but yet again Sutherlands do not deliver on their promises...<br> <br> Not sure why the customer needs to do the continuous following up work?
