Shocking Service - Still waiting for my furniture

Bought some office furniture, was told delivery would take 2 - 4 weeks. I have never heard so many lame excuses including saying all the holidays had caused the problem before Easter holidays had even happened. Now 5 weeks and still waiting. When asked to speak to a manager was left to hold on for a very long time and then cut off. Wish I had read the reports on this site before I bought from them.
