SHF Ruins Christmas

I am absolutely appalled at the service of SHF. I ordered a couch In November which was promised to me by the 15th December. I was assured numerous times that the couch was on its way and would be delivered before Christmas. It is now the 11th hour and it has not been delivered. I have 40 people at my house and no seating. I have been given the run around by Brian, Vusi and Kevin in Randburg and have just been told that they won’t be delivering the couch after all. Even though they close at 5pm today.

Horrified!!!

Do not buy anything from this store if you expect it to be delivered on time. It will not happen and it will stress you out beyond!
