SHF is a Con

Do not buy from SHF, Sutherlands is a massive con. I purchased a Leather couch, a "Hard Leather couch" as per what was on the showroom floor. What was delivered was a Suade Nappa couch. Completely different and far cheaper looking then what was purchased.As a result it stains and marks and is impossible to clean. I have done my best to come to an amicable resolution with SHF. Their reply was that this is a leather "Variation" and politely told me to go F$#% myself.. however this is not a variation but a COMPLETELY different material all together. I have been advised by them to get a specialist to come out and advise me, and he was disgusted regarding the quality that had been delivered.In a nutshell not all that is expensive is Quality. SHF is a Massive Con!
