SHF has not refunded in over 2 monthe

Went into the Sea Point branch early June. Purchased mirrors and was told I would receive them the following week. Money was taken immediately. Only to have to follow up constantly and eventually be told there's no stoc**** It's been two months now begging for a refund, while all the staff keep lying and stating the refund has been done. HOW DOES IT TAKE 2 MONTHS TO DO A REFUND!!!!! Why does this company constantly lie and say the refund is done? Being chased from pillar to post. Empty promises of a refund. As an interior designer I will never support or promote this business ever again.

PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY!
