Poor Quality/Defect

I bought a couch and it started pilling month 1 of purchase. mind you this is a premium brand. I notify them and I was told its fabric because it is new. then they come and shave the peeling off few weeks later same thing, it carries on and eventually they uplift the couch for their inspection and still tells me its NORMAL that their couches form little bubbles I need to keep on peeling them all the time or they will come and peel them all the time. My question is for the life cycle of this couch? They keep on passing the bug and not taking full responsibility for the inferior quality of their product. one advise i have received before maybe don't keep cushions on the couch, insane!
