Order has gone missing! and no communication?

<p>I bought a mirror from SHF Lynwood on 02/04/2016 with a lead time of 2 weeks, I have not heard ANYTHING from them. when I try and follow up, they don't bother to return my call and just say it is in production. It is more than 4 weeks late?</p> <p>I also bought a bed from SHF Kramerville on 30/03/2016 and followed up on the progress of the bed on 01/05/2016 as well as 06/05/2016, and the same attitude persists. they take your call and then don't bother to call back with an update.</p> <p>I asked for the mirror to be shipped to Kramerville as it is easier to collect from there and now my mirror has gone missing.</p> <p>I cannot believe that a big fancy furniture company like SHF can deliver service like this to customers. Their furniture is not cheap, surely they can ensure satisfaction at that price? at the very least communicate if you are late with delivery or production of an item. why do I need to run after them and follow up on my orders that are overdue??</p> <p>Really disappointed. Won't shop there again. </p> <p>PS - Who waits 6 weeks for a mirror?? </p>
