Not keeping upto price

Extremely disappointed. I have seen a dining sideboard on the website marked at R8990 and finally got the money and chance to drive a long way to purchase it. When I got there it was marked R14950.

I sent an email which was not responded to. I called twice and got hold of the store manager. She noticed the price on the net and said she would get back to me.

She didn't. I called her and she gave me an a stupid excuse that they no longer make that item and now only use natural wood oil. Funny enough the item that was marked R8990 was there at the showroom and was natural wood oil and there were also options of other colours too.

In essence there was a misrepresentation of the price and couldn't give me a valid reason for their disloyalty. Probably explains the evading of calling me.

They have now suddenly removed the item off the website.

Poor customer service... Poor loyalty to prices.. Poor excuses...

Poor and disappointing all round.
