MISREPRESENATION, DAMAGED GOODS, POOR

Purchased furniture from SHF Sutherlands Home Furnishing [(SHF ((C) 2016 Sutherlands Home Furnishing) that is actually Nungu Trading 478 (Pty) Ltd t/a Sutherlands SHF (you are not allowed to have the Trading As in your name, as this is a misrepresentation on the legal entity name, in terms of the Companies Act).<br> <br> Damaged goods were delivered, serious concerns if this was in fact a new piece of furniture of a demo unit from the store that was delivered. 10 days to collect the item, and then they want to send the unit for repair, and not replace it with a new unit. <br> <br> Having clients pay for an item that has now transpired not to have been on their stock records, but not informing us that the item can not be made as it was not available for sale, trying to bully and manipulate consumers, and generally a very unpleasant experience.
