Inability to deliver their own products after 3 months

Absolute nightmare, disaster, unprofessional. incompetence at its best, the list is endless.

They couldn’t meet their lead time of 6 to 8 weeks for a couch and a dinning table. Eventually, the couch came after 9 weeks and now we are nearing 4 months and they haven’t delivered the table due to ‘supplier machinery having broken down’. They have promised to deliver a table from the gallery because my table has some quality issues. This is despite the constant engagement with Sanjay who really tried to help me.

If they have a sale and they tell you that their lead time is 6 to 8 week, run away. Not a company to do business with.
