Damaged goods

I bought a base and headboard with them. I have returned the the items for the 3rd time now. They kept of giving me damaged goods.

Everything when I go there or call them they kept on promising me that they will deliver a good bed.

I am no longer interested in their stories now. I only want my money back so that I can go and buy another base and headboard somewhere else. The bed has returned to the store 3times now. I bought this bed in November mind you and now it's May without a base and headboard.
