Bad Service, Delivery and Quality

We have ordered furniture but have since experienced problems.

We have since contacted the store where we bought from on the day of delivery and the response received from the sales person was that the side pedestal that is damaged will have to be repaired and unfortunately we will not allow such as the item/ product will be deemed as a demo/ used so we advised her that we need a new side pedestal which is not damaged due to that it was never damaged by us. There were 2 x lights which were delivered as well but the lights are not identical so you ask yourself if your delivery manager does not double check that and again this will cause a delay for them to be rectified and that time we have a tenant which has been without furniture since the lockdown. We are really disappointed with our relationship with SHF due to that your products are not a first time buy off if I can put like that, there’s always issues every time you deliver your products, there’s always come backs, this is the third delivery such is happening. This causes a major inconvenience and lack of professionalism to our tenants unfortunately.
