Bad attitudes, horrible service and no stock

The worts experience I have had with a retail supplier. They are very quick to receive the payment and thereafter let you know that now they don't have stock of most if the items. When requesting an update the staff have a nonchalant don't care attitude and couldn't how long you wait for your items because the money is in the bank. Upon wanting to cancel the order they actually dont give a dam if you do because guess what they keep 50% of the payment as a cancellation fee. As a designer I WILL NOT spec from them ever again. Period. Their items are not unique enough not to find somewhere else.
