Wow.... this is a joke.

Wow..... you should really update your system or get someone to do the job right, they where looking for a family member but we have 2 people with the same name, they just give you the initials (which is the same) and the surname. And when I asked for the ID number (because one of them died recently) they just refuse or just hang up the phone, and when I told them to phone the living person and gave them their cell number, they still don't phone them.. and a week later they phone me back asking for this person, and then we start again... very poor service, you can do better.
