www.sustainable.co.za ****, for real or just *****?

Quick to take money, but very slow to give feedback or even update. Placed 2 orders paid 2 delivery services for both orders individually, but since I have ordered paid etc, since 23 March I have had no feedback or updates regarding delivery. I informed them today to reimburse me, as I will find alternate supplier. They are either a ****, or extremely arrogant.
