Unable top deliver order

After buying a solar panel from them and constantly need to follow up with them for 6 days they evenly agreed to refund me as they could not deliver and courier company issues. Although I wanted to send my courier to collect. Still waiting to see if it will happen. Their service is very bad, the online shopping experience is bad. They don't respond on your emails, they don't phone you back. The online order just shows processing the whole time. You have no idea what is going on. I would avoid this company. Lots of other places you can buy the same items from.
