They do not refund/replace items that was broken when client received it.

Unfortunately learned an expensive lession. I have ordered 2 solarpannels from these guys. Upon opening it, one was shattered. I let them knew about it and the refuse to send a new one as it was not written on the waybill that it was shattered. First time I have heard you need to open before the courier a parcel. Never before a company had this atitude.
