Sustainable.co.za takes customer for a ride.

Purchased a Shoto SDA10 battery online. On receipt found it to be the wrong product. They collected the battery by courier, and confirmed that they received on 07/09/2026. Many discussion later, on 15/09/2026 they confirmed that the product was in order, and the refund will be proccessed. Now, on 16/09/2026 they claim there is anage to the ubit and that it was installed by us.

They refuse to have us spek to managemnt. No resolve.
