Supplier denies problem with goods
Bought Efergy Engage hub kit and kept on getting error \MAC address you entered appears to already be associated with another account."
1. Restarted the process several times with same message -
2. Googled and referred to all resources I could get my hands on and could not find any resolution
3. Phoned Efergy UK help line and after numerous option and long wait (at my cost) they indicated that they no longer provide telephonic support
4. I then emailed specific help resource and general help resource - no response
5. Supplier engaged and disputed any problem with unit
6. I bought the Elite Classic and Engage hub unit from different supplier later in day. I got both set up in few minutes. No problem to detect hub and install sensors.
7. The unit was supp**** with the seals on batteries broken - my only assumption that it has been used before
8. The error message indicates that the unit has been assigned to a different account. We only have one account and it is not listed in this account.

My conclusion is:
1. The unit probably does work
2. Unit was paired with other user account and returned by such user
3. The supplier either need to \""unpair\"" it or supply different unit"""
