Incredibly bad service

<p>I have used Sustainable in the past and had no complaints. This time though the goods arrived and two out of three were incorrect items. I had ordered waterproof electronics and what they supp**** could not be placed outside. I informed them of this and they apologised and said they would replace them but as I was away on business by them it couldn't be done that week. The following week they asked if I would be able to take delivery to which I said yes and asked if they would just inform me before they come as I can't be home all day waiting. The goods didn't arrive. I was again asked the following week and again I said yes but would they please inform me before hand. Waited in and nothing came. Two weeks later having heard nothing from them I contacted them and I asked for my goods stating that this would be their last chance to do so. I was assured delivery would be made, given the delivery persons name and told they would contact me beforehand. Now one week later I have had no delivery, no call, no email - not a word from them.</p>
