Excellent Customer Service

I contacted several on-line stores about purchasing a replacement solar panel charger for my Solarway G1 Solar Lantern. A few did not reply, one rep**** that they didn't stock spare parts but Angela Lee-Wright from [URL Removed] really went the extra mile. She let me know that they did have spares and that they would replace mine and have it couriered to me free of charge! I'm thrilled to have my light working properly again but even more thrilled to find a company offering this level of customer service. Thank you so much!
