BAD BAD SERVICE
Ordered a 330w solar panel online. I have never experienced chaotic service and weeks to deliver. They should learn from TAKEALOT about company excellence when it comes to customer service. Experience was terrible.

We always appreciate constructive criticism, however, we are quite taken aback by you posting your review in July when this was sorted out at and delivered to you in March already. As per our correspondence with you there was an issue with the courier and we offered you a discount due to the inconvenience caused which you accepted. Comparing a small business against a mammoth like Takealot backed by Naspers is not really fair. We provide direct one on one service and our contact details are readily available anywhere on our website. We would love to continually provide seamless service, and try our best to but sometimes things can happen like a courier letting us down and we try to make up for it as best we can. We would recommend you read the reviews of Takealot on Hello Peter just to see that excellent customer service is not always the case for them either.
